• By positioning the gel pad around the heel the gel applies gentle compression around the inflamed area. When applying the sleeve over the calcaneus (heel), please note how the anatomical shape should be placed over the back of the calcaneus bone (heel). The wider part of the gel pad goes to the bottom of the foot as so indicated by the drawing.
• GEL PAD SHOULD NOT BE WORN UNDER THE BOTTOM OF THE HEEL.
• Product should be hand-washed with soap and water after each use.
• Allow to air-dry. It is suggested to sprinkle talcum powder over gel when dry.
DO NOT USE DETERGENT OR BLEACH

WARNING:

• Product should be removed for several hours daily in order to allow the skin to breathe.
• Do not place over an open wound. If irritation, discomfort or circulatory problems occur, discontinue use and notify physician immediately.
