All orders placed online through skatingboutique.com before 2pm (EST), Monday-Friday, will be processed same day. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the following business day. Customers can expect an email update as the order is processed through our systems. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
In-stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours of a valid* processed** order. Orders with the majority of the items in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of a valid processed order. You will receive an email update regarding any items that are out of stock or have been ordered from the supplier.
If your order is shipped in separate shipments, you will only be charged one shipping fee, which is quoted in your order confirmation. Items that are ordered from the supplier are ordered at no extra freight cost to you. In-stock orders can be cancelled at no charge as long as the order has not been shipped. Products that are ordered from the supplier and then cancelled will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee (per product).
The shipping time-frame quoted on your order confirmation is accurate according to the date your order is shipped. All shipments are sent from our Toronto location: 6174 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M2M 3X1.

Products purchased from either of our two Figure Skating Boutique locations or online at www.skatingboutique.com can be returned for a store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. These products must be unworn and have the original tags. Any product deemed worn or damaged will not be returnable. For products purchased online at www.skatingboutique.com store credits will be issued upon receipt of the product at our Toronto location: 6174 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M2M 3X1, or our Newmarket location: 140 Mulock Drive, Newmarket, ON.
If you are returning a product purchased online, you can either ship the product back to our Toronto location or bring the purchase back to either one of our locations. If you are shipping the order, please put the product in a water-sealed package (ex. Ziploc bag) before placing the product in an envelope to be shipped. Please ship all products back to our Toronto location: 6174 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M2M 3X1. A store credit will be issued once we receive the package in-store and deem the product to be unworn and not damaged. This store credit will be applied to your account but will not show up on your online account information.
If you are returning a product purchased online because you did not receive the correct product* please ship the product back to our Toronto location and email email@example.com with your order number and a copy of the receipt for shipping. Figure Skating Boutique will ship you the correct product at no extra shipping charge and we will credit you for the shipping cost to return the incorrect product.
* Figure Skating Boutique reserves the right to exchange a product for a similar product of equal or greater value. This does not include apparel, unless we have discussed these options with you.
